For a smooth and successful workflow, a leader must be able to communicate crucial informations clearly to the team. For example, their ideas and expected time of completion. Additionally, he/she must be able to convey their goals and project confidence in their ability to lead. This ensures that team members are aligned with their leader's objectives and visions, thereby fostering a strong commitment to take action.

Sense of urgency = Expected time of completion / Timeframe
Enthusiasm = Goals / Confidence
Motivate others = Convince them of the idea/ Get them onboard
